Welcome to Vajarahalli Sports Club (“Club”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, facilities, services, or by communicating with us via WhatsApp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Membership & Access
• Club membership is subject to approval and compliance with club rules.
• Membership benefits, facilities, and privileges are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
• The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of rules, misconduct, or non-payment of dues.
2. Use of Facilities
• Members and guests must follow facility-specific rules displayed within the premises.
• The Club is not responsible for injuries caused due to misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or personal negligence.
• Management reserves the right to restrict access to facilities for maintenance, events, or safety reasons.
3. Fees, Payments & Refunds
• Membership fees, event fees, booking charges, and other dues must be paid as per communicated timelines.
• Payments made through online gateways or WhatsApp links are subject to the respective payment provider’s terms.
• Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Club’s refund policy and may not be available for all services or events.
4. WhatsApp Communication
By sharing your mobile number with the Club, you consent to receive WhatsApp communications including:
• Transactional messages (membership updates, bookings, invoices, receipts, reminders)
• Service notifications (facility closures, schedule changes)
• Promotional messages (events, offers, announcements)
You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions shared on WhatsApp. Transactional messages are essential for service delivery and cannot be fully disabled.
5. User Conduct
Members and visitors agree not to:
• Engage in abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour
• Damage Club property
• Misuse digital platforms, including WhatsApp or website forms
The Club reserves the right to take disciplinary action where necessary.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Vajarahalli Sports Club unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Club shall not be liable for:
• Loss of personal belongings
• Service interruptions due to technical issues
• Third-party payment gateway failures
• Indirect or consequential damages
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate third-party platforms (payment gateways, WhatsApp, analytics tools). We are not responsible for their independent terms, policies, or outages.
